I have been a sole practitioner in Personal Injury law for injured victims from throughout California for the last 9 years after having practiced for 5 years as an associate attorney at a Personal Injury firm in the San Francisco Financial District.
I graduated from the University of Southern California Law School in Los Angeles.
I was previously a Paramedic and Paramedic Evaluator in San Francisco and in Oakland as well as a Licensed Psychiatric Technician and Nursing Team Leader at San Francisco and other California health facilities.
I taught medic skills in the military and have lectured on medical topics to paramedic students. I have been a guest panelist on Personal Injury law on an attorney continuing education online network.
My experience in medical trauma, nursing and medical records give me unique tools to understand and communicate detailed medical issues often misunderstood or missed by non-medically trained attorneys.
My crisis training lets me focus on listening to my clients needs and to better explore and prove the extent of their emotional injuries.
I see my role not only as a a proven litigation and settlement attorney, but as a legal counselor, dedicated to the most effective financial recoveries for the medical, emotional and economic injuries of my clients, to best provide a healing process to advance them beyond their past misfortunes.
